Purpose: With 25 years of experience in Retail and operations, I am passionate about creating environments where individuals and teams thrive. My focus is on developing people-centric strategies that align business goals with employee aspirations, solving operational challenges while fostering a culture of growth and development. I champion tailored development programs, recruitment strategies, and B Corp-aligned efforts to create a sustainable, positive impact.

People: My leadership emphasises supporting people at all stages. I’ve designed in-house training and a successful apprenticeship program with a 92% distinction pass rate. I’ve also created clear career pathways and robust mental health support frameworks, ensuring employees feel valued and supported.

Performance: I’ve driven business growth through operational leadership, improving systems and advancing platforms. My expertise in Wellbeing, Health & Safety, and Retail Operations has enabled performance improvements and scalability across multiple sites, fostering a growth mindset throughout the business.
